Emergency service is one of the least regulated claims in this industry. It can mean a technician on site within two hours, or it can mean an answering machine that logs your call for the following Tuesday. Worth knowing which you are buying.
Questions worth asking on the phone
Ask for an arrival window before you agree to anything. Ask whether the person answering is a dispatcher or an answering service. Ask whether the visit begins with an inspection and what the work guarantee covers. Any company that cannot answer all three plainly is telling you something.
Why speed matters more than people assume
With rodents, every night of delay means more contamination and more gnawing. With cockroaches, a fortnight is long enough for an egg case to hatch. With bed bugs, delay means more rooms affected and a more expensive job.
What we commit to
A real person answers, day or night. A full inspection before any work begins. On site typically within one to two hours anywhere in the five boroughs, including weekends and holidays.
